Actually, that is exactly what Yoginder Sikand writes from his visit to Islamabad. Yoginder is an Indian from Banglore who recently visited Islamabad for a conference on democracy and social justice.

As for myself, I never looked at Islamabad this way. But then I am usually pissed at someone or something to notice such goodies. I guess I have to fix my attitude a little.
